We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will work with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, serving as both a technical expert as well as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Preparation & Review: Prepare complex individual, corporate, and partnership returns, including multi-state and consolidated returns, and review work completed by staff accountants
- Client Advisory: Assist in designing tax planning strategies for clients
- Research & Analysis: Conduct technical research regarding federal and state issues
- Team Development: Manage, train, and mentor staff accountants, helping to guide their professional development and growth
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in accounting; MST is a plus
- Certification: CPA license is preferable
- Experience: 3+ years of tax experience within public accounting firm(s)
- Technical Skills: Strong technical tax knowledge and research capabilities, and experience using CCH Axcess Tax, Document, and Engagement is a plus
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

We are seeking an experienced Staff Tax Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will work with closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Tax Preparation & Review: Prepare complex individual, corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and gift tax returns, including multi-state and consolidated returns
- Client Advisory: Assist in designing tax planning strategies for clients
- Research: Conduct research regarding federal and state tax issues
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong work relationships with peers and superiors, and maintain positive client relationships
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, MST a plus
- Certification: CPA license preferable, but not a requirement
- Experience: 1-3 years of tax experience within public accounting firm(s)
- Technical Skills: Strong technical tax skills and research capabilities, and experience using CCH Axcess Tax, Document, and Engagement a plus
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
