This job can be stressful at times. There is a sense of family here where we all pitch in for each other. We are there to listen, to help, to encourage, to teach, to have fun while also getting the jobs completed. There is an activity calendar sent each month with special days for food, fun and other activities. There is a Fun Committee that plans these activities and summer outing. It’s these little things that show they care that much more.
