Everyone is treated fairly and each week during our busy season the management team meets weekly to organize staff assignments so everyone has an equal amount of work. Each month the firm has an activity calendar where we celebrate birthdays, have fun events, and different snack “socials”. This helps build camaraderie and makes us feel like we are all friends.
