DiSanto, Priest & Co., Named One of The Best Places to Work for 2012!

DiSanto, Priest & Co. has once again been named one of the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island by Providence Business News.

The Best Places to Work award program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best workplaces in Rhode Island, companies that benefit the state’s economy, its workforce and its businesses.

Award winners are determined in large part by an anonymous survey completed by employees to measure their experiences and find out what they really think about their companies.  Approximately 70% of the judging for the award is based on those survey results. Judging also includes evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The combined scores determine the top companies and the final ranking.

The 2012 award program recognized 40 companies statewide. A second-time winner, DiSanto, Priest & Co. was one of 15 mid-sized companies granted the award. Details and employee comments can be viewed using the link below.
