Martin Dittleman, CPA

Martin I. Dittelman is a Partner of DiSanto, Priest & Co. specializing in accounting, taxation, and business consulting for manufacturing clients. He has been a practicing CPA since 1951. Martin is a graduate of Ohio State University. He was a partner in his own firm and merged with Laventhol & Horwath, an international accounting firm where he became a regional managing partner. Martin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was a past president of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and of the Rhode Island Estate Planning Council. Martin was also a past treasurer of the Greater Providence Chamber of Commerce. He has served as the Commodore of the East Greenwich Yacht Club

Norman C. Gessman, CPA

Norman C. Gessman is a former Partner of DiSanto, Priest & Co. He has over forty-seven years of public accounting experience, concentrating in personal, business, and fiduciary income taxes. Norman received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts and has continued his education on a regular basis by attending numerous tax seminars. He has taught at Roger Williams College and has been a principal speaker on several occasions. Norman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served on several professional committees as well as being an avid bridge player, a private pilot, and a past master of his Masonic lodge

Lawrence D. Kortick, CPA, MST

Lawrence D. Kortick, a former Partner of DiSanto, Priest & Co., has over thirty-nine years of experience in providing accounting, consulting and tax services to a variety of closely-held businesses. He has assisted numerous clients through mergers and acquisitions. Larry has an undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bryant University. Prior to joining DiSanto, Priest & Co., he served as an auditor with the United States General Accounting Office and as an officer in the United States Army. Larry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, and several local boards of directors.

Burton H. Priest, CPA

Burt Priest is a former Partner of DiSanto, Priest & Co. He has more than forty-five years of experience through which he has provided consulting services to clients on financial, investment, and taxation matters. Burt serves many of his clients in executor and trustee positions. Burt obtained his undergraduate degree from Brown University before serving in the armed forces where he was attached to the Air Force in England. After returning from the Air Force, he obtained an accounting degree from Bentley College. He was the founder of the former Priest, Kortick, DeMerchant & Brough Ltd., subsequently merged into DiSanto, Priest & Co. Burt has served on several financial committees and boards including the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants Ethics Committee. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.
