Gina received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island with a concentration in accounting as well as a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants where she has been active on several committees. Presently, she serves on the Financial Planning Committee which is working on educating the public in the area of financial literacy. In addition, she has served as Chairman of the Board and treasurer for the Diabetes Foundation of Rhode Island and as treasurer for the Family Service of Rhode Island. |

Peter received his undergraduate degree from Bryant University with a concentration in accounting as well as a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University. He has further continued his professional education by attaining the designation of Certified Financial Planner.

Linda A. Ide, CPA, CGFM, MBA is a Manager at DiSanto, Priest & Co.
She has 33 years of experience working at the Office of the Auditor General – State of Rhode Island, where she was a Senior Audit Manager for 11 years. As a Senior Audit Manager, Linda worked with 39 cities and towns to oversee compliance with various general laws enacted to improve financial management by local governments. She was instrumental in the creation of a legislative package designed to strengthen various aspects of financial monitoring and control. She also developed various seminars for local government officials, among other duties.
Linda received her undergraduate degree from Providence College with a concentration in accounting as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in management from Providence College. Linda is a member of the Board of Directors for the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.
She is the past president and past executive board member for the Rhode Island Government Finance Officers Association, where she is currently serving as CPE coordinator. Linda is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Government Accountants, and an affiliate of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners – RI Chapter. |

Raymond P. Marchak is a Manager in the accounting and tax divisions of DiSanto, Priest & Co. He has over twenty five years of public accounting experience providing financial and tax services to small and mid-sized companies.
He previously served as a member of the internal audit team for a major New England health insurer.

Frank manages both domestic and international client audit engagements in a number of industries including manufacturing, retail, precious metals, and technology. In addition, he also concentrates in tax and financial reporting services for privately-held businesses and individuals.
Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Washington & Lee University and joined the firm in 2005 as a Senior Accountant after beginning his career in Assurance and Business Advisory Services at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
