Lou has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in tax and consulting services for various privately-held businesses, and individual clients.
Lou received his undergraduate degree from Bryant University with a concentration in accounting.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. Lou is the treasurer for the Rhode Island Reds Heritage Society. He is a volunteer for the Rhode Island Chapter of SCORE. |

Michelle I. Cullion is a Manager with DiSanto, Priest & Co. and has worked at the firm since graduating college in 2004. She specializes in tax and financial reporting services for privately-held businesses and individuals, managing clients in a number of industries including manufacturing, precious metals, technology, government contracting and service.
Michelle has an undergraduate degree, with a concentration in accounting information systems, and a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants where she is an active member on the New Young Professionals Committee.
Michelle is also a 2011 graduate of the AICPA Leadership Academy which consisted of 25 Certified Public Accountants from across the country. Being the first person ever accepted from Rhode Island, she had the honor of representing CPAs, between the ages of 25 and 35, throughout the state. |

Gina received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island with a concentration in accounting as well as a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants where she has been active on several committees. Presently, Gina is also a member of the Financial Planning Committee which serves to educate students and adults in the area of financial literacy. In addition, she has served as Chairman of the Board and Treasurer for the Diabetes Foundation of Rhode Island and as Treasurer for the Family Service of Rhode Island. |

Raymond P. Marchak is a Manager in the accounting and tax divisions of DiSanto, Priest & Co. He has over twenty five years of public accounting experience providing financial and tax services to small and mid-sized companies.
He previously served as a member of the internal audit team for a major New England health insurer.

Frank F. Previti, CPA is a Manager in the Accounting and Audit Department.
Frank manages both domestic and international client audit engagements in a number of industries including manufacturing, retail, precious metals, and technology. He also concentrates in tax and financial reporting services for privately-held businesses and individuals. In addition, Frank is managing the Firm’s Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) engagements which specifically address client concerns by utilizing a customized suite of procedures designed to meet the needs of individual client situations. Such engagements are performed in accordance with attestation standards set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Frank is a member of the AICPA and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Washington & Lee University and joined the firm in 2005 as a Senior Accountant after beginning his career in Assurance and Business Advisory Services at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Frank is also a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of The Steelyard in Providence, Rhode Island. |
