Our Managers

 

The vast majority of our professionals have attained a CPA designation, a Masters in Taxation or both. In addition, they hold various certifications related to valuation and financial planning, including, ABV, CVA, CFP, and PFS.

Gina M. DeVecchis, CPA, MST

Gina M. DeVecchis is a Manager with DiSanto, Priest & Co. She has over eighteen years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax, financial reporting, and consulting services for privately-held businesses and individuals. Gina received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island with a concentration in accounting as well as a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants where she has been active on several committees. In addition, she has served as Chairman of the Board and treasurer for the Diabetes Foundation of Rhode Island and as treasurer for the Family Service of Rhode Island.

Nina C. Drury, CPA, MBA

Nina C. Drury is a Manager in the Accounting and Audit Department of DiSanto, Priest & Co. She has more than six years of experience in public accounting, specializing in audit and financial reporting services.

 

Nina graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and continued her education at the University of Rhode Island , where she received a Masters of Business Administration degree.

 

She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Peter M. Gervais, CPA, CFP®, MST

Peter M. Gervais is a Manager in the tax department of DiSanto, Priest & Co. Mr. Gervais has six years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax services for privately-held businesses and high net worth individuals.

Peter received his undergraduate degree from Bryant University with a concentration in accounting as well as a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University. He has further continued his professional education by attaining the designation of Certified Financial Planner.

Peter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Raymond Marchak, CPA

Raymond P. Marchak is a Manager in the accounting and tax divisions of DiSanto, Priest & Co. He has over 25 years of public accounting experience providing financial and tax services to small and mid-sized companies.

 

He previously served as a member of the internal audit team for a major New England health insurer.
Ray is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Frank Previti, CPA

Frank F. Previti, CPA, of Westerly, Rhode Island, is a Manager in the Accounting and Audit Department.

 

Frank manages client audit engagements in a number of industries including manufacturing, retail, precious metals, and technology. In addition, he also concentrates in tax and financial reporting services for privately-held businesses and individuals.

 

Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He earned his Bachelor's degree from Washington & Lee University and joined the firm in 2005 as a Senior Accountant.

Heather J. Prew, CPA, MST

Heather J. Prew is a Manager at DiSanto, Priest & Co. She has more than nine years of experience in public accounting, specializing in audit and financial services for employee benefit plans as well as Housing and Urban Development audits. She also concentrates in tax and financial reporting services for privately-held businesses and individuals.

Heather graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bridgewater State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and continued her education at Bryant University, where she received a Masters of Science in Taxation degree.

Heather is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

James Queenan, CPA MST

James Queenan is a Manager in the Accounting and Audit Department of DiSanto, Priest & Co. Jim manages client audit engagements in a number of industries including manufacturing, retail, distributorships, precious metals, mortgage brokerage, and technology. In addition, Jim provides tax and business consulting advice to clients and has a wide range of business experience and expertise in financial and operational matters, technical accounting, and financial reporting.

Mr. Queenan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. He continued his educational pursuits through attainment of a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bryant University. Prior to joining DiSanto, Priest & Co., Mr. Queenan worked in the Assurance Department at KPMG.

Mr. Queenan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and is on the Accounting and Audit Committee of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.
