Lori is a Principal in DiSanto, Priest & Co., with over 17 years of experience in Public Accounting. She was previously a Principal with The Accounting Firm of Pirolli, Deller & Conaty. Lori is a 1989 graduate of Rhode Island College and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Rhode Island Society of CPA’s. Lori currently concentrates in the areas of Corporate and Individual Tax Consulting, Planning, Compliance and Financial Statement services. Lori has served as the Vice President of Big Sisters of RI and has been active in local Mentoring programs. Lori is also a Registered Investment Advisor Representative and a Licensed Insurance Representative.

Jacqueline B. Gaipo is a Principal and Director of Tax Planning and Compliance. She has over fifteen years of experience in public accounting. Jackie concentrates in tax and financial reporting services for privately-held businesses and individuals.
Jackie received her undergraduate degree from Bryant University with a concentration in accounting as well as a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University.

Rob Gessman is a Principal in the Tax Department of DiSanto, Priest & Co. Rob has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in tax, financial reporting, consulting services for various privately-held businesses, and individual clients.
Rob received an undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont with a concentration in accounting and a minor in computer science as well as a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University.
Rob was integral in the creation and current operations of The Bentley Foundation. He also works with various not-for-profit boards throughout New England.

Helen-Mary J. Gilligan is a Principal with DiSanto, Priest & Co. with over twenty years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in tax, financial reporting, and consulting services for privately-held businesses and individuals as well as estate planning and trust and estate taxation.
Helen has an undergraduate degree from Providence College with a concentration in accounting and a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University.
Helen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has been active on several committees with the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and has served as Chair of the Membership Committee. |
