John J. Brough, Jr. is the Director of Business Development for DiSanto, Priest & Co. He has over thirty years of experience concentrating in taxation and business advisory services for closely-held companies and high net worth individuals. Accredited in both Business Valuations (ABV) and Certified Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, he has specialized in business valuations and litigation support services for over twenty-six years.
John has also been an adjunct lecturer at Brown University and Bryant University and has been a guest speaker/presenter for both the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island with a concentration in accounting as well as a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University.
John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Institute of Business Appraisers. He has been active on numerous boards and is presently a member of the University of Rhode Island College of Business Administration's Advisory Council, a Trustee for the University of Rhode Island Foundation, a member of the AICPA Forensic & Litigation Services Committee and associated Family Law Task Force, Board member for the New Leaders Project, past Board member for the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, past Chair of the organization's Business Valuation Committee and a past Vice Chairman for the Town of South Kingstown Economic Development Committee. |

Emilio N. Colapietro is a partner who serves as the Director of the Accounting and Auditing Department of DiSanto, Priest & Co. He has twenty years of experience specializing in attestation, financial reporting, corporate and shareholder tax consulting, and business advisory services for privately-held businesses.
Emilio began his career in the Assurance Department at KPMG. Emilio obtained his undergraduate degree from Bryant University with a concentration in accounting and continued his education at Bentley College, where he received a Masters of Science in Taxation degree. He was an adjunct lecturer at Brown University and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Emilio served his country as an enlisted soldier in the United States Marine Corps and as an officer in the Rhode Island Army National Guard from 1985 - 1996. |

Bob received his undergraduate and Masters of Science in Taxation degrees from Bryant University, graduating summa cum laude and magna cum laude, respectively. He has continued his education by attaining the designation of Certified Financial Planner.
Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Financial Planning Association. Bob is a graduate of the Leadership Rhode Island - Beta II class as well as a member of their Finance Committee. David P. DiSanto serves as DiSanto, Priest & Co.’s managing partner. Specializing in corporate and individual tax matters, he has over thirty years of experience with privately-held businesses and high net worth individuals.
David obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in accounting and a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University. Prior to joining DiSanto, Priest & Co., he served as a manager with the Private Business Group at KPMG Peat Marwick.
He has lectured at numerous professional and academic institutions on subjects such as LIFO, pension and profit sharing plans, and wealth accumulation.
David is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Aurora Civic Association, and the Alpine Country Club, where he has served as Treasurer. David is a Cooperator for the Bristol County Savings Bank. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Alliott Group, a world-wide network of international accounting firms. |

Thomas N. Forsythe serves DiSanto, Priest & Co. as an Audit Partner specializing in financial statement services including audits, reviews, and compilations. He has over thirty years of experience assisting a wide range of privately-held organizations as well as providing individual and corporate tax advice.
Tom has served as an adjunct professor at Brown University, and he has lectured for numerous professional organizations on such topics as business plan development, financial accounting for non-financial executives, and financial planning topics. He also served as an instructor for Price Waterhouse & Co. in its National Audit Training Program.
He received his undergraduate degree from Brown University, a Masters of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Northeastern University, and a Masters in Taxation from Bryant University. Prior to joining the firm, he served as an Audit Manager with Price Waterhouse & Co.
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has served as President, Vice-President and Treasurer at the Warwick Country Club. He is currently Treasurer of the Rhode Island Free Clinic. |

Bill is a Partner in DiSanto, Priest & Co. with over thirty years of experience in Public Accounting. Bill was formerly Managing Principal for the Accounting Firm of Pirolli, Deller & Conaty.
He is a 1979 graduate of Bryant University and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and The Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Bill currently concentrates in the areas of strategic financial and tax planning including Mergers and Acquisitions, Estate and Life Insurance, Business Financing and Personal Financial Planning. Bill also provides strategic planning and retreat services for businesses with a concentration on Accounting and Law firms and Non-Profit Organizations.
Bill is currently appointed as Chairman of the AICPA PCPS Executive Committee and is responsible for providing resources and advocacy for over 7,000 accounting firms nationally. He has also served on the AICPA Governing Council, the MAP Committee, the Small Firm Advocacy Committee, the Nominating Committee and the prestigious Group of 100 strategic planning committee. He is a frequent national speaker on issues related to the future of the accounting profession and the management of accounting practices.
He is a past President of the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, a professional organization serving over 1,400 local CPAs, past President of the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce and also served on the Board of the Kent Center and other civic organizations.

James Queenan is a Partner in the Accounting and Audit Department of DiSanto, Priest & Co. Jim manages client audit engagements in a number of industries including construction, manufacturing, retail, distributorships, precious metals and technology. In addition, Jim provides tax, forensic accounting and business consulting advice to clients and has a wide range of business experience and expertise in financial and operational matters, technical accounting, and financial reporting.
Mr. Queenan graduated magna cum laude from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. He continued his educational pursuits through attainment of a Masters of Science in Taxation degree from Bryant University. Prior to joining DiSanto, Priest & Co., Mr. Queenan worked in the Assurance Department at KPMG.

Frank T. Sciuto is a Partner of DiSanto, Priest & Co. who draws from greater than thirty years of tax experience and expertise related to tax matters affecting privately-held businesses and high net worth individuals.
Frank has obtained Masters Degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from Northeastern University, and a Masters in Taxation from Bryant University. He has continued his educational pursuits through attainment of the Certified Financial Planner designation in 1991; accreditation as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by The American Institute of Public Accountants in 1992 and by serving as a part-time faculty member at Brown University. He also maintains his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses. Prior to joining DiSanto, Priest & Co., Frank was a manager with Peat, Marwick Mitchell & Co. where he specialized in private entity tax services.
Frank serves on the Advisory Board of the Accounting Department at Bryant University. He is a Member of the Board of Governors of The National Alumni Association of Providence College and is also a Member of the Providence College Liberal Arts Honors Leadership Council.
Frank is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, The Financial Planning Association and the Estate Planning Council. He also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Audubon Society of Rhode Island. |
